CHINA CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
China Creek Homeowners Association is located in suburban Newcastle, Washington and consists of 256 single-family home lots. Home building began in the mid- to late-1980s and is now more than 95% built. Homeowners are friendly and take great pride in their association and the neighborhoods in China Creek. The association works hard to maintain its common areas, and to ensure that all homeowners keep their homes and grounds in compliance with all association regulations.The China Creek Homeowners Association has an elected Board of Directors, which has retained Morris Management to handle the day-to-day operation of the association.
